Refund and Returns Policy

At Lanna Souvenirs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with returns and refunds.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at LannaSouvenirs@gmail.com with your order details before shipping the item back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at LannaSouvenirs@gmail.com with photos of the damage.


Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at LannaSouvenirs@gmail.com.
